I have been a board-certified Physician Assistant with Lake Grove Family Practice for over 10 years now and I have loved watching the practice grow into what it has become and what the future holds. I have 20 years of experience in family medicine. I received my degree in physician assistant studies from Pacific University which is where I found that I liked treating all aspects of the patient’s health to be the most rewarding and being part of family practice, and with that, I can focus on the entire patient. I enjoy empowering patients through education and emphasizing preventive care. I have many interests that include diabetes management, women’s health, adolescent, and teen issues, and making sure their voices are heard. I like to create and make relationships with my patients as that allows me to make the best decisions regarding their health.
In my time away from the office, I enjoy spending my time with my husband (of 23 years), Dave. We have 3 children together that we enjoy an active lifestyle with, and we try to live life to its fullest. My hobbies include reading, traveling, and staying busy with the children’s sports.
